Bangladesh Employers Federation (BEF) organised a seminar titled “Apprenticeship in Bangladesh: Challenges and Way Forward” at the BEF on February 23, 2017. The purpose of the seminar was to promote and share the concept of apprenticeship and its benefits for the industry. Among others, Mr. Asad-Uz-Zaman, Policy Expert,  Access to Information (a2i) Programme, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr.  Anowarul Haque, Project Coordinator (Training & Development), Akhter Furnishers Ltd., Mr. Md. Shariful Islam, Manager-HR, Rani Food Industries Ltd., Mr. Md. Makbul Hossain, Executive, HR, Platinum Hotels, Mr. Zowadul Karim Khan, Ph.D, Program Manager (TVET),  Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Embassy of Switzerland, attended the seminar and shared their knowledge and experience.
