Training objectives: The overall objectives of this training program are to promote Productivity and Quality, sharing knowledge and experience among the participants.

Organized by: Bangladesh Employers Federation (BEF)

Venue: Conference hall of MCCI, Chamber building, 122-124 Motijheel, Dhaka-1000.

Program duration: 30-31 May 2016

  • Suggestion scheme (SS)
  • Productivity Improvement through 5S
  • Productivity Improvement through Kaizen
  • Total Quality Management (TQM)
  • The Seven Deadly Wastes
  • The Role of Motivation for Improving Productivity.
  • Quality Control Circle (QCC)
  • Problem Identify and Solving through Brain Storming
During the discussions, the resource person addressed the entire questions raised by the participants. Participants shared their views and practical knowledge during the training session. Participant’s interaction was meaningful.

Training evaluation: The program was evaluated through structured questionnaire. On the training course, participants evaluated the whole training program through prescribed format.

Resource person: A pool of resource person from National Productivity organization (NPO), Ministry of Industry conducted the training session. All NPOs’ Resource Persons have taken vast knowledge and experience from the National and International training institute on the Productivity related tools and Techniques and having outstanding knowledge & skill on the training delivery. A group of efficient, capable and expert Training personnel in modern training management are shouldering the responsibilities to impart these training courses. They designed the comprehensive training courses in line with the identified needs of the industry. Also Mr. Joha Jamilur Rahman, Training coordinator, BEF act as course coordinator and provide support based on demand of resource person and participants.

Conclusion: In conclusion, Participants expressed their positive feedback that they would make some contributions at their workplaces by using gathered knowledge.
