Training on Performing HR – Application of Best Practices



Training objectives: The overall objective of this training program is to learn about requirements of HR practices clearly with facts and figure on practical view point as per prevailing demand of organization, especially in the private sector.

During the discussions, the resource person addressed the entire questions raised by the participants. Participants shared their views and practical knowledge during the training session. Participant’s interaction was meaningful.

Training evaluation: The program was evaluated through structured questionnaire. On the training course, participants evaluated the whole training program through prescribed format.

Resource person: Mr. NEA Shibly  a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from Canada and an MBA (from IBA, DU) with significant and varied experience in cross-cultural and multi-national environment, having more than 28 years of hands-on exposure to all-round and best HR practices besides operations, marketing, commercial, and business projects. Also Mr. Joha Jamilur Rahman, Training coordinator, BEF act as course coordinator and provide support based on demand of resource person and participants.

Conclusion: In conclusion, Participants expressed their positive feedback that they would make some contributions at their workplaces by using gathered knowledge.
